Lisa Walker, CNP is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and a graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. She founded Lisa Walker Nourished Life, with the belief that balancing and nourishing the body through combining whole foods and mindfulness is the way to achieve optimal health.
In the past, Lisa suffered from food sensitivities, as well as a hormonal imbalance and a lowered immune system. Through her studies at IHN, she managed to overcome those obstacles utilizing her knowledge of nutrition, and is passionate about helping others do the same.

Prior to becoming a holistic practitioner, Lisa spent many years as a treatment coordinator and educating patients in a dental practice.
Today, Lisa’s focus is addressing the root cause of your concern(s) and utilizing functional nutrition and mindfulness to overcome them. She believes in nutrition first and that the foods we eat have a powerful effect on our physical and emotional health. Her holistic approach to nutrition takes the whole person into account. She understands that we are not all the same, and takes the time to get to know and create a plan that is sustainable and specific to each individual. She ensures her clients are well informed and comfortable with their decisions. She believes that balanced health and wellness should be achieved on all levels – physical, mental and emotional.
